Yesterday around 10:30pm IST, the iOS 7 update was available iphone users in India. I have tried downloading the same via iTunes 11.1, but didn’t succeed. (The download was getting disconnected with errors, the apple servers might have been overloaded or the network traffic was high).
I got direct links of iOS 7, and downloaded the ipsw file today morning. And i was able to update. The update and restore took around 1.5 hours. And finally my iPhone 4S is having iOS7 in it.
I am loving the look and feel of iOS 7. Felt like battery usage is same as compared to old versions. Most of the apps are iOS7 ready now. There are many jailbreak features included with this OS, like control center which is similar to sbsettings with torch, reminder, calculator etc. the notification center is improved.
And now we can have dynamic wallpapers in iPhone, that’s a cool features which was adopted from android OS. My current experience with iOS7 is super, and now I am using WordPress app for iOS 7 to write this article. 🙂
